I wanted to treat my neighbor who has been so good to us. I couldn't have picked a better place to do that than the Blu Burger Grille at the Summit on Scottsdale Road. I called ahead, and spoke with Rachel. I explained I'd like a quiet table so we could talk and laugh without disturbing others. Everything exceeded our expectations. Rachel selected the perfect table. We were able to relax, talk, laugh, and just enjoy ourselves. Nathan provided the kind of service that brings people back - attentive without being intrusive, he knew the menu, and was an absolute professional. And then there's the food. My friend had the salmon, and I thought she was going to lick her plate. It was perfectly done, and she kept saying the potatoes tasted like they were made at home. My salad with grilled chicken was also perfect. The greens and strawberries were fresh and the grilled chicken was done the way all restaurants should cook chicken - tender, moist, and perfectly grilled. Thank you so much Rachel, Nathan, and your chef for making our day memorable. We'll definitely be back - maybe with our husbands this time - or not! LOL

I usually get a burger or the chicken blu sandwich, which are always delicious, but I recently tried the salmon and it was amazing! Blu Burger consistently has great food and everything I try there is a winner. One of my fave places to go time and time again.

I ate the Barbecue Burger, medium well. It was SO DELICIOUS. Cooked to perfection, toppings were perfectly fresh and good pairing with the meat. I ordered multiple burgers for the family and everyone said they were to die for! Actually about to order with them again because of how perfect their burgers are.
